My Account gives you secure access to view and manage your account preferences, view and pay bills, set up a Direct Debit, view and input meter readings and consumption, as well as register for additional services such as waste water and more!
If you’re a single site customer, click the ‘Next’ button below to get set up. If you have more than one location, please visit the My Account page and fill out the Multi-site sign-up form on the page. Once you’ve filled out the form, we’ll set your account up for you and let you know when it’s ready to use.

Finally, we just need you to create your password
Passwords must be 8 characters or more long and contain at least:
1 uppercase character A-Z,
1 lower case character a-z and
1 special character such as !"£$%
1 number 0-9
