My Account is designed to be used by businesses, charities and public sector organisations and gives secure access to view and manage account preferences, view and pay bills, set up a Direct Debit, view meter readings, as well as register for additional services such as waste water.

Passwords must be 8 characters or more long and contain at least:
1 uppercase character A-Z,
1 lower case character a-z and
1 special character such as !"£$%
1 number 0-9
